Becoming a volunteer

A team of friendly volunteers

Do you speak French? Do you like people? Do you enjoy Montréal's museums and want to help make this day a smashing success? We'll happily welcome you into our team of volunteers! Your duties? To welcome and inform visitors, watch out for their safety, make sure your area is kept tidy or accompany participants on the free shuttle buses.

What availability is required?

Volunteers need to be present throughout the day of the event (7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and take part in a two-hour training session (7 to 9 p.m.) in the weeks preceding the event. Guides must devote a few additional hours to a training program to beef up their knowledge of the city's museums.

Simply fill out the form (Word, in French) and e-mail it to jdmmlogistique@museesmontreal.org or fax it to 514 845-8322.
